notebooks on zoology, cytology, made whilst a student at the Royal College of Science (Imperial College), [1920-1926].

The papers were received by the National Cataloguing Unit for the Archives of Contemporary Scientists, University of Bath, from Mrs Olive Hewer, widow, in 1974.
Immediate source of acquisition:
Transferred from the National Cataloguing Unit for the Archives of Contemporary Scientists, University of Bath, to the College Archives in 1974. Professor Hewer's student notebooks were transferred separately to the College Archives.
