Manuscript volume containing a treatise [by Jean Baptiste Paifer], 1803, on the possibility of a state without usury, poverty, famine or shortages, entitled 'Versuch einen Staat vor wucher, armuth und hungersnoth oder Getraide-mangel ohne kösten für das aerarium auf immer in sicherheit zu setzen'. Includes a dedicatory preface to 'Frans den Zweyten' [Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor].
